Summary
This 1987 Topps Todd Worrell card is in Near Mint condition. The centering is slightly off, and there are some minor flaws on the corners, edges, and surface. The print quality is good overall. The card presents well despite its flaws. The most significant issue is the centering, which prevents a higher grade. The surface wear is also a factor, but it is not as significant as the centering.
