Summary
This 2021 Pokemon Celebrations Cosmoem #014/025 is a high-end specimen. While it presents as a 10 to the naked eye, microscopic imperfections on the reverse corners and edges necessitate a 9.5 Mint+ grade under strict NGA standards.
Subgrades
Centering
9.5
Front centering is exceptional, nearly 50/50. Reverse shows a negligible shift toward the top-left, but remains well within the 55/45 threshold for a Gem Mint designation.
Corners
9.5
Corners are structurally sharp. Microscopic white specking is visible on the reverse bottom-left corner under magnification, preventing a perfect 10.
Edges
9.5
Edges are extremely clean with no visible silvering on the front. The reverse right edge shows a single, nearly invisible micro-nick that breaks the factory blue ink.
Surface
9.5
The holofoil and matte purple surfaces are free of scratches or print lines. A minor factory wax smudge is present on the reverse center, only visible under angled light.
Print Quality
10
Text is crisp and the 25th Anniversary stamp is perfectly registered with no bleeding or fading.
