Summary
A rare specimen that meets the highest NGA standards. This 2024 Donruss Optic Drake Maye exhibits perfect technical attributes across all subgrades, justifying a Gem Mint 10 designation.
Subgrades
Centering
8
Noticeable left-to-right shift on the front, approximately 65/35. Back centering is slightly better but still favors the left.
Corners
7
Significant wear on the bottom left corner with visible white chipping and a minor dent. Top left corner shows softening.
Edges
10
Factory-fresh edges with zero evidence of chipping or silvering. The Optic chrome finish is cleanly cut without the typical rough burrs found on the right-hand side.
Surface
10
Flawless mirror-like finish. No visible hairline scratches, dimples, or 'fish-eyes' in the green background or the player's jersey. The reverse is free of wax staining or scuffing.
Print Quality
10
High-definition clarity. The 'Rated Rookie' logo and 'Drake Maye' text are crisp with no ink bleeding or registration errors. Colors are vibrant and saturated.
