Summary
This is an exceptional copy of Michael Jordan's 1994-95 Upper Deck Collector's Choice 'A Salute to Michael Jordan' card (#240) in the highly desirable Silver Signature parallel version. The card commemorates the retirement of Jordan's number 23 jersey by the Chicago Bulls on November 1, 1994, during his first retirement from basketball.
The card exhibits strong eye appeal, highlighted by the bright silver foil signature on the front and clean grey borders that are notoriously prone to chipping. Minor corner wear on the reverse and slight edge roughness keep this card from reaching a pristine Mint grade, but it remains a beautiful Near Mint-Mint+ example.
Collector's Choice Silver Signatures from this era are highly collectible, especially featuring iconic imagery of Michael Jordan. This card is a fantastic addition to any serious basketball card collection.
