Summary
This is an exceptional copy of Justin Verlander's 2006 Topps '52 Rookie Card (#310). Designed to pay homage to the iconic 1952 Topps set, this card features a thick, vintage-style cardboard stock that is notoriously difficult to find in pristine condition due to its susceptibility to edge chipping and corner wear.
This specimen has held up remarkably well, boasting sharp corners and clean edges with only minor, microscopic touches of wear. The centering is slightly shifted to the left on the front but remains well within the parameters for a high-grade designation. The surface gloss and print registration are superb, making this a highly desirable card for any modern baseball collector.
