Summary
This Medicham V (080/132 RR) from the Chinese Pokemon TCG set is a pristine specimen. It survives the cynical NGA grading process by exhibiting perfect centering and a total absence of the micro-defects usually found on modern high-gloss cards. It qualifies for the NGA 10 GEM MT designation.
Subgrades
Centering
10
Exceptional 50/50 alignment on both axes. The black borders on the obverse and the blue frame on the reverse show no measurable deviation, meeting the strictest NGA Gem Mint requirements.
Corners
10
Perfectly sharp and symmetrical. High-resolution inspection reveals no micro-whitening or pressure points on the reverse blue borders, which are typically prone to such defects.
Edges
10
Factory-fresh cut with zero evidence of silvering or chipping. The perimeter is smooth and consistent, showing no signs of handling or rough blade shearing.
Surface
10
Flawless holofoil finish. No visible print lines, scratches, or wax smudges. The reverse surface is free of the common 'pitting' or white specks often found in modern sets.
Print Quality
10
Vibrant color saturation and crisp text registration. The Chinese characters and the 'Rapid Strike' logo are sharp with no ink bleeding or registration errors.
